Digitized Newspapers

The County of Huron has digitized many newspapers including The Huron Signal, The Wingham Times, The Blyth Standard, The Clinton News Record, and many others. Some of the newspapers have been digitized from the 1800s, with the earliest being from 1848 (as of July 14, 2017). This is an ongoing project and more newspapers are being added to the collection. This is an excellent resource for researchers and its FREE!
